The White wire and the Green wire can be extended if needed. The Sine Tamer must be installed to the main panel not a sub panel.
Also you should conduct a “Net current Test” as shown in this video, you basically turn on all 120 volt lights, TV’s, appliances and place a three digit resolution amp probe around all the 12O volt cables exiting the power panel to conduct this test. If any of your circuits are above 0.000 amps you have a problem that needs to be fixed.
